Nicole Neuschwander
Director of Real Property
Nicole has more than 25 years of commercial and university real estate and lease management experience. She holds a degree in finance and maintains her licensure as a principal real estate broker with the State of Oregon. Nicole leads the real estate management efforts of all OSU campuses and locations across the state. Prior to joining OSU in 2008, Nicole worked for eight years in commercial portfolio management and brokerage.
Paige Olsen
Real Property & Leasing Contracts Manager
Paige is an experienced Real Property and Leasing Contracts Manager with over 25 years of real property experience, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, title and escrow. Since joining OSU in 2011, she has prepared, reviewed and managed complex real property documents for OSU, as well as executed, analyzed and tracked varied real estate transactions. Prior to this Paige worked as an escrow officer, managing complex real estate transactions with focus, attention to detail and high level customer service.
Chris Van Drimmelen
Land Stewardship & Business Process Manager
Chris comes to Real Property with over a decade of experience in Higher Education, the majority of which was spent in the operations and facilities area of student housing. Chris has worked at Seattle University, University of Washington, Seattle Pacific University, Washington State University, and OSU. His professional interest areas include database systems, process improvement, assessment, facility management, and contracts.
Chris joined the Real Property team in March of 2023 and manages OSU’s comprehensive real property database, real estate GIS apparatus, and other technology and business functions for the unit.
Shar Fagersten
Leasing Contract Specialist
Shar joined the Real Property team as a Leasing Contract Specialist in February 2023. With a passion for communication and creative problem solving, Shar applies her expertise to writing and managing leases, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with OSU’s business partners and stakeholders. A proud graduate of Oregon State University, Shar is dedicated to supporting the university’s real property and lease management.
Amber Rapp
Contracts Officer
With over a decade of experience in real estate and leasing, Amber is skilled in negotiating and developing multi-transactional real estate contracts, developing solutions to mitigate risk, and ensuring effective outcomes for stakeholders.
