Corvallis Campus Housing and Dining Vision Phase 1

Project Overview

With a timeline still to be announced and planning to resume at a future date, this project will be a new student residence hall located south of Bloss Hall. The project will support University Housing and Dining's goal of increasing campus housing from 5,000 beds to 7,500 beds over a 10-year period.

The residence hall will include eight stories and approximately 680 beds. The project also includes a dining support facility.
